UHMW is ultra-high molecular weight (UHMW) polyethylene bar with excellent high abrasion and impact resistance properties.
UHMW machined parts will outwear all other materials like metals, nylons, or fluoroplastics.
UHMW material resists wear, corrosion, and friction, it allows for an extended equipment life and can cut maintenance costs.
High abrasion resistance, low coefficient of friction, self-lubrication, non-adherent surface, excellent chemical fatigue and impact resistance.
Ease of machinability, and good noise dampening properties, are all inclusive of UHMW.
Very high resistance to wear and abrasion, and high performance at extraordinarily low temperatures.
Vibratory Composite Springs
We design, manufacture and stock a variety of high fatigue E-glass/epoxy composite springs for the top brands for industrial equipment applications such as vibratory sorting and conveying systems. Made in the USA, Dale Brisco Inc.’s composites vibratory springs are manufactured in Fowler, California.
Composite material is available in crossply (spring ply) or unidirectional fiber orientations.
Cut to size sheets from 48"x72" (1220mm x 1830mm) or 72"x48" (1830mm x 1220mm) with thicknesses ranging from 0.030" to 0.2" (0.76mm to 51mm).
Our high performance machined springs can be used as direct replacements for 3M springs or a replacement for steel springs.
High resistance to wear and abrasion, high performance at extraordinarily low temperatures, high strength to weight performance, tensile strength, corrosion resistance (both chemical & moisture), resistant to cleaning fluids and solvents.
Our composite springs are most commonly employed within the drive systems of vibratory equipment where they are loaded in bending and excited at their natural frequency.
Provides the maximum deflection of the springs which translates to the maximum rate for transfer of bulk material through the vibratory conveyor or feeder.
