Vibratory Composite Springs

We design, manufacture and stock a variety of high fatigue E-glass/epoxy composite springs for the top brands for industrial equipment applications such as vibratory sorting and conveying systems. Made in the USA, Dale Brisco Inc.’s composites vibratory springs are manufactured in Fowler, California.

Composite material is available in crossply (spring ply) or unidirectional fiber orientations.

Cut to size sheets from 48"x72" (1220mm x 1830mm) or 72"x48" (1830mm x 1220mm) with thicknesses ranging from 0.030" to 0.2" (0.76mm to 51mm).

Our high performance machined springs can be used as direct replacements for 3M springs or a replacement for steel springs.
